Understanding the QC Photo Process

QC, or quality check, photos are reference images that show the actual product you would receive, as opposed to promotional or catalog photos. QC Review Process by Category

Color discrepancies between QC photos and expected colors based on reference standards. While lighting affects photo colors, significant differences may indicate that the product does not match the expected colorway.

Material quality that appears different from what was described or expected. This is more subjective than other issues but experience with reviewing QC photos helps develop the ability to assess material quality from images.

Making Decisions Based on QC Photos
